What’s published
Kit's core module (RAK3312: ESP32-S3 + SX1262) and RAK19007 base board each have RAKwireless docs pages with schematic diagrams and 3D STEP files; no KiCad/Gerber source is published, and the kit itself has only a Getting Started guide.

RAK3312 datasheet page (verified) embeds a schematic SVG plus board-dimension and WisConnector-layout PNGs; states no direct PDF/STEP download besides the linked 3D model. RAK19007 datasheet page separately confirmed to include 'RAK19007 schematic diagram (Power)' and '(Slots)' images.
