Research notes

Confirmed via gh api (repo tree + LICENSE.txt = CC-BY-SA 4.0, 877 stars). No separate BOM file found in-repo, but the KiCad project itself carries part values. FTDI's own datasheet/product pages (ftdichip.com) returned 403 to automated fetches in this environment, so no manufacturer datasheet URL is included.
