Seeed XIAO ESP32-C6 Put Thread, Zigbee and Wi-Fi 6 into a custom board the size of a thumbnail.
Build & code Wi-Fi 6 Zigbee / Thread ESP32-C6
Bring along USB-C cable, headers if you want them, and firmware you write yourself.
Keep in mind No screen, no case and no radio beyond 2.4 GHz — everything visible is something you add.

What’s published
Schematics publishedSeeed publishes the schematic PDF and chip datasheet for the XIAO ESP32C6; the related GitHub repo has only a footprint/pinout library, not the module's own PCB source.
Source 1 git clone https://github.com/Seeed-Studio/OSHW-XIAO-Series.git
Research notes Same OSHW-XIAO-Series caveat as the other XIAO boards in this batch: it's a footprint/pinout reference library, not the module's own editable PCB source.

Processor & memory 3 Processor ESP32-C6 SoC with two 32-bit RISC-V cores: a high-performance core to 160 MHz and a low-power core to 20 MHz Memory 512 KB SRAM and 4 MB flash on-chip Radio 4 Wi-Fi Complete 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 subsystem Bluetooth Bluetooth 5.3 per the wiki; the store page says Bluetooth 5 (LE) 802.15.4 Zigbee and Thread; the maker calls this the first Thread-capable XIAO, and the basis of its Matter support Antenna On-board antenna with an interface reserved for an external U.FL antenna; the maker claims up to 80 m in open space Interfaces & power 6 Buses 1× UART, 1× LP_UART, 1× I²C, 1× LP_I²C, 1× SPI, 1× SDIO Pins 11× GPIO with PWM; 7× ADC Controls Reset button, boot button, user LED and charge LED Power input 5 V over USB-C, or 3.7 V on the battery pin Power modes Four documented working modes; consumption figures are typical at a 3.8 V supply Price checked US$5.20 at the maker's store
No matching specification. Try a chip name, connector or feature.
What still needs checking The maker does not publish a measured battery runtime, only typical current per mode, so runtime for any real build is unknown. Range is quoted only as an open-space claim in store copy, with no test conditions or antenna stated.

Source & revision notes Maker listing checked Sep 18, 2026. Detailed documentation reviewed Sep 18, 2026. Not hands-on tested.
Price is a dated listing; confirm with the maker.
The wiki states Bluetooth 5.3; the store page for the same product says Bluetooth 5 (LE). We record the wiki figure and flag the disagreement rather than resolving it.
The 80 m Wi-Fi and Bluetooth range in the store copy is a maker claim for open space, not a measured figure, and depends on which antenna is fitted.
This is the bare board. Pin headers, antenna fitting and any battery are your responsibility, and the four documented power modes are typical values rather than runtime for a finished build.
The wiki and the store page disagree on the Bluetooth version (5.3 against 5). Both figures come from the maker and neither has been independently checked.
Specification tables on this wiki page compare the C6 against the C3 and S3; read the column, not the row, before quoting a figure.
