_Notes:_ Confirmed via WebFetch that docs.rakwireless.com/product-categories/meshtastic/wismesh-tag/{datasheet} does not exist (404) — only /overview/ and /quickstart/ pages are published, with no schematic or downloadable design file, unlike the modular WisBlock products (RAK4631/RAK3312/etc.) which do have per-module schematic pages. Chips confirmed from the overview page text. RAK's page attributes the GNSS chip to 'AllyStar AT6558R', but public part databases (LCSC) list AT6558R under manufacturer ZhongKeWei/GXCAS; cited the verified LCSC datasheet rather than an unverified AllyStar link.
