Verified via the Hackaday.io project page (204890) and `gh api repos/The-POOM/the_poom/git/trees/HEAD?recursive=1` -- repo contains only firmware (applications/, third-party/openthread submodule), no hardware/ folder. Project status is 'development' (Kickstarter-funded), so a hardware release may simply not have happened yet.
