Hak5/O.MG publishes no schematic, PCB, or firmware source; the official GitHub repo distributes only compiled firmware binaries and a flashing tool.
Research notes
Checked shop.hak5.org/products/omg-cable and docs.hak5.org: no chip, schematic, or hardware source is disclosed. github.com/O-MG/O.MG-Firmware (default branch 'stable') contains only firmware/*.bin blobs, an image.elf-0x00000.bin/0x10000.bin pair (classic esptool flash-offset naming), esp_init_data_default_v08.bin, flash.py, and a c2server - i.e. binary redistribution + flasher, not source, and the filenames are the basis for the ESP8266/ESP8285-class inference (not an official disclosure).
