_Notes:_ lab401.com/products/icopy-x states iCopy-XS/iCopy-X is now open source, running 'iceman' Proxmark firmware; the UI+firmware repos (e.g. lab-401/icopy-x) were confirmed to exist but are excluded here as firmware per instructions. The iCopy-X-Community/icopyx-upstream repo ('Collecting elements provided by the manufacturer') holds a genuine hardware BOM plus Proxmark3/FPGA firmware diffs, but no schematic/PCB layout file was found in it. iCopy-XS and iCopy-X appear to be the same hardware family (lab401 sells it under both names); no XS-specific schematic differences were found.
