All dl.espressif.com and documentation.espressif.com PDFs verified 200 via curl -sIL. espressif/esp-dev-kits (Apache-2.0, confirmed via gh api) hosts the user-guide docs, pin-layout and block-diagram images, but the tree has no .kicad_*/.SchDoc/.PcbDoc/gerber files for this board — only PNG/JPG diagrams and .rst docs, so it's listed as role 'docs', not hardware source. An unofficial community Altium recreation (Yousef4008/ESP32-S3-DevKitC-1-PCB) exists but is not from Espressif and was excluded.
